タイムゾーンの設定

これはPHP.iniでデフォルトのタイムゾーンの設定が行われていないことが原因です
php.iniファイル次のように「date.timezone = Asia/Tokyo」を設定します。

tmpの書き込み権限

app/tmpに書き込み権限をつけます。

セキュリティ

これはセキュリティーソルトと呼ばれるパスワード等にmd5変換等のハッシュ値に使用するランダムな値がデフォルト値だということです。
core.phpで適当な文字を追加するなりして変更しましょう。

これもセキュリティーサイファーシードとよばれる値をランダムな値に変更しましょう。セキュリティソルトの下に設定があります。

これはApacheのmod_rewriteの設定の問題です。
httpd.confのCakeで使用しているディレクトリのAllowOverrideをAllにします。

    AllowOverride All

databaseファイル名

Your database configuration file is NOT present.
Rename APP/Config/database.php.default to APP/Config/database.php

database.php.defaultというファイルをdatabase.phpに変更しましょう。

Debug_kidのインストール

https://github.com/cakephp/debug_kit
からDebug_kidをダウンロードしてapp/Plugin/に解凍してフォルダ名をDebugKitへ変更します。
app/Config/bootstrap.php
に
CakePlugin::load(‘DebugKit’);
を追加します。
